Shih-Tse HUANG currently serves as the Director of Photography at 《The Reporter》, a non-profit media outlet. He has long been dedicated to in-depth feature photography and documentary photography. He previously served as a newspaper photojournalist; senior photographer and deputy editor-in-chief at 《Rhythms Monthly》; deputy director of Tzu Chi Humanities in Print Content Creation Center; as well as editor-in-chief and director of the new media center concurrently serving as photography director at 《Feng nian (Harvest》). His works have received multiple honors, including the Golden Tripod Award, the Wu Shun-wen Journalism Award, the Cross-Strait Journalism Award, and the Excellence in Journalism Award.
