Yaji HUANG was born in 1976, Huang graduated from the Department of Sociology at National Taiwan University and went to the United States and Japan to study contemporary art and photography. Huang has experience in curating, criticism, and translation, and has worked as a lecturer at various art institutions, including Xue Xue Institute, Fubon Art Foundation, and Light Society Beijing. From 2014 to 2017, Huang operated Aura Gallery Taipei. In 2018, she established Each Modern, focusing on promoting postwar and contemporary Asian art. Her work includes redefining the value of Asian artists and bridging them with new international artists.
