CHEN Chia-Chi, Ph.D. in Taiwanese Literature from National Cheng Kung University, currently a postdoctoral fellow in the Center of Multiple-Cultural Studies in NCKU. Her experiences include editor for ARTCO, assistant research fellow for National Museum Taiwan Literature, adjunct assistant professor for Department of Film & TV of I-Shou University, member of research project "History Outline of Taiwanese Photography" for National Taiwan Museum, and selection committee member of international competition of Taiwan International Documentary Festival 2016 & 2018. In 2019, She also joined a research project about photography between Taiwan and Japan for Art Bridge Institute from Japan, and as one of the guest editors of the 78th issue "Literature as a Shadow Metaphor" for Art Critique of Taiwan ACT. Her research interests include history of photography, visual studies, theory of modern and contemporary literature, and documentary films. She wrote a book Taiwanese Photographer: Hwang Pai-Chi (2017) and some critics and articles have been published in Voices of Photography, Art Critique of Taiwan.
